CLUSTER’S STORY
It all began in October 2020, when our two founders first met in a co-working space in Lisbon.
CLUSTER started out with a 2 person HR team, 3 employees working remotely, and our CEO, Allen John. We were a small office with a single ambition: to provide the best customer service.
By December 2020, we had 29 employees, supporting two languages and managing two communication channels for our first client in the SCANDIC and DACH markets, all thanks to the quality of our offering.
