About Your Role
As a Sales & Service Specialist at Cluster you will:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling queries, advising customers on their needs, and identifying opportunities for purchases or upgrades.
Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via email, phone, chat, and other lines of business (LOBs).
Acknowledge and efficiently resolve customer complaints, always striving to improve customer satisfaction.
Process and record customer and internal requests, orders, tickets, etc., adhering to time limits for contact, response, and follow-up.
Maintain a respectful tone in all communications, both internal and external, and ensure all communications follow procedures, guidelines, and policies defined by Cluster .
Continually gain knowledge to provide accurate answers and solutions to customer inquiries.
Provide feedback on processes to help improve efficiency and accuracy, and actively engage in finding appropriate solutions.
Always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Expect From You
Fluent in German or Dutch.
Knowledge of English level C1 (to ensure you are up to date with training and communication between departments and employees).

About Your Role
Manage and oversee all payroll functions for the company
Process payroll on a timely and accurate basis, including tracking hours worked, calculating pay, and deducting taxes and other withholdings
Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Work closely with the HR team to ensure the accuracy of employee data and changes to employee information
Prepare and submit all required payroll reports to management and external agencies
Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide support to the finance and accounting team as needed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate setting
